I was watching the Treehouse Live earlier and I have to agree. I still think it looks really fun but I'm not sure why they chose the most boring art-style possible and I don't think it will be a 100+ hour type game. I can see this being the Switch 2's ARMS.
I've said it in the post already but another 3D Donkey Kong has completely blindsided me and it looked incredible when they were hands-on with it in the livestream.
